Turn on the machine by switching it to the "On" position, and the instrument will display a certain number. 2. Calibration method: Take a grain sample with a water content close to the standard value, use the 105°C drying method to first test the water content of the tested grain variety, then insert the instrument into the grain pile, and adjust the "Calibration" knob to make the number consistent with the water content reading value measured by the drying method. Then remove the instrument from the grain, and the number displayed at this time is the "starting value" of the tested grain variety. For accuracy, the average of three readings should be taken as the "starting value", but due to different grain producing areas and varieties, the "starting value" of the same type of grain will fluctuate slightly, and should be calibrated with the 105°C drying method as the standard. 3. Testing 1. After the instrument is turned on, before inserting the tested grain, adjust the "Calibration" knob to indicate the "starting value" of the tested grain variety.
